OLDS — Fireworks which were supposed to be set off June 30 in Olds were postponed to Friday, July 3, due to rainy weather.
Plans had called for the fireworks to be set off at the new Rotary Athletic Park in Olds June 30 at 11 p.m.
On July 3, the fireworks will still be held at Rotary Athletic Park, and at the same time; 11 p.m.
Town staff will be on hand to direct attendees to locations where they’ll be allowed to watch the show.
Attendees are reminded that only one vehicle per household will be allowed and everyone must stay in that vehicle.
Town officials say there are no bathrooms on-site.
