Olds council is considering creating a policy on public art in the town.

DIDSBURY - The Didsbury Municipal Library has a new manager and she has already checked in. Monique Fiedler came to town from Banff where she was an assistant library director.

DIDSBURY - About 160 grades 7-11 students and 40 teachers from Chinook's Edge School Division have taken part in a daylong conference at Zion Church in Didsbury.

Recently a mural was created at The Bar Wellness and Fitness building by local artist Kevin Johnson. The mural shows two great blue herons in front of a pink and purple landscape, which was inspired by Johnson’s youth growing up near a large wetland.
