SUNDRE – The finished ice surface at the local rink enticed many curlers who were ready to rock last week during the start of regular league play.
All four of the Sundre Curling Club’s sheets had teams playing on Nov. 9 during the season launch of the open mixed league, which plays Thursday evenings.
The first bonspiel of the season is scheduled for Dec. 4-8, when the seniors’ league will be playing.
