Creative carving

The Sundre Fire Department's hall was packed on Wednesday, Oct. 25 during the annual family pumpkin carving event. The department sponsors the event and provides pumpkins, carving tools as well as candy bags, hot chocolate and popcorn.

The Sundre Fire Department's hall was packed on Wednesday, Oct. 25 during the annual family pumpkin carving event.

The department sponsors the event and provides pumpkins, carving tools as well as candy bags, hot chocolate and popcorn. More than 100 pumpkins were handed out.

"It's fun for the kids and no mess at home!" said Amber Jenkins, one of many parents who came out with their children.
