The Olds and District Chamber of Commerce board of directors has chosen its executive for 2016-17.
The president is Stephen Dodwell, Pomeroy Inn & Suites. Vice-president is Ben Stone, BMO Nesbitt Burns. The past-president is Bill Hall, Westview Co-operative Association Ltd. The treasurer is Judy Schlichenmayer, Torrock Sales & Service. The secretary is Trent Dunn, Staples Olds.
All members of the executive were chosen by acclamation during the board's March 16 meeting, the board's first gathering after the chamber's annual general meeting held March 9.
In addition to the executive listed above, other members of the chamber's board of directors are Tammy Forbes, Olds College; Dean Owen, Brass Media Canada; Doug Collie, Mountain View Publishing; Tracy Gardner, Olds Regional Exhibition; Melissa Maschke, Key Employment Services; and Coun. Mary Jane Harper, a Town of Olds appointee (her term expires this October).
