A dispute between a tenant and landlord regarding an Olds property continues.
Former Braeburn Estates resident Shelley McInnis picketed in front of RVB Management recently saying she did not receive her full damage deposit, despite leaving her place clean and without damage. She says she has documentation from the property manager to back that up.
RVB says she didn't pay her utilities.
McInnis concedes she owed $41 but she says that that's a long way from the $167 she says RVB has charged her for general cleaning, including carpet cleaning.
