Easyhome has been hit by a vehicle for the second time in just over a year.
On Nov. 28, a Nissan Maxima hit the south-facing wall of Easyhome, a furniture and appliance rent-to-own business in the Cornerstone development.
“A car from the parking lot ended up jumping the sidewalk and crashed into the wall of Easyhome,” Olds RCMP Cpl. Mike Black says.
However, this incident is believed to have been an accident.
The previous incident, which occurred in late January this year, was not.
In that case, a vehicle was deliberately rammed into the front doors of the business so thieves could get inside. Once in the business, they made off with about $2,000 worth of electronics. No one was hurt.
