Council passed the town's 2016 interim operating budget on Dec. 14.
The interim operating budget is the same as the 2015 operating budget, with the exception of changes to utility rates, salaries, wages and benefits.
Utility rates were passed in a separate motion. That story is on page 1 of today's paper.
This year, salaries received a 1.3 per cent cost of living adjustment.
In total, the 2016 operating budget costs $26,367,528.
