In the May 10 edition of the Olds Albertan, the Page 1 story "Adult entertainment allowed at Texas Mickey," contained an error.
Adult entertainment cannot immediately take place at the Texas Mickey bar, which has an existing use as a "drinking establishment."
Following council's decision on the site-specific land use bylaw amendment, the bar owner can apply for a development permit for a change of use, adding "adult entertainment establishment" to the property, which can be approved, denied or approved with conditions by the development authority. We apologize for the error.
