Olds resident Nicole Schultz finished seventh in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) golf provincials, according to the ACAC website.
The leader board on that site says Schultz, playing with a Medicine Hat team, finished with a two-round total of 189 (+ 23).
Rebecca Grabski of Olds College finished tied for ninth with a two-round total of 200 (+ 27).
One of Schultz's teammates – Becky Martin – won the championship, carding a two-round total of 167 (+16). They now advance to the finals, which will be held in Prince Edward Island in a couple of weeks.
The provincials were held Oct. 1 and 2 at the Lac La Biche Golf and Country Club.
