Bullet into apartment case adjourned

James Colwell, 26, of Bowden is due back in court March 20 in connection with an incident in which a bullet was fired through a home and into an apartment building in Bowden Nov. 21 last year.

A man accused in connection with a bullet fired through a home and into an apartment building in Bowden is due back in court March 20.

James Colwell, 26, of Bowden is charged with careless use of a firearm, unsafe storage of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and mischief under $5,000 in regard to the matter.

The incident occurred on about Nov. 21 last year.

Colwell's case came up Feb. 27 in Didsbury provincial court and was adjourned to March 20, at which time he is expected to enter a plea on the charges.
