A response to the complaint about breastfeeding at Wal-Mart

I, Lacey Farrell, am taking a stand for other mothers out there that feel the way I did, in St. Croix Falls, Wis. I was at Wal-Mart where I just got done grocery shopping. I wanted to use a dressing room to breastfeed my son.

I, Lacey Farrell, am taking a stand for other mothers out there that feel the way I did, in St. Croix Falls, Wis.

I was at Wal-Mart where I just got done grocery shopping.

I wanted to use a dressing room to breastfeed my son.

I was told to use a bathroom.

The lady made me feel like it was bad or that I was in the wrong.

I'm now standing up for other women that they don't have this problem or to feel like they’re degraded.

I'm filing a human rights complaint.

If we all put our foot down together we hope to not be discriminated against so other new moms or moms who are having more kids can feed their baby comfortably.

Lacey Farrell,
