It is with deep sorrow we announce the death of Daryl Fredric Watson who passed away November 21, 2020 at the age of 71 years leaving to mourn family and friends.
Daryl was born in Mannville, AB. He spent most of his youth in Cadomin, AB moving to Olds area in 1963. He had a passion for travel and looked forward to his many trips to the United Kingdom to visit all types of gardens and war museums.
He is survived by his mother Ruth Watson; nephew Dean (Maureen) Harper and children Dakota, Bailey and J.D.; niece Tara (EJ) Harper; brother-in-law Ken (Ann) Harper and many cousins.
Daryl is predeceased by his father Harold Watson and sister Donna Harper.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Olds Hospital, including the nurses and support staff for their kind and compassionate care. A special thank you to Dr. A. Hoeve for the exemplary medical care, we are truly grateful. Also a special thank you to Tara (EJ) Harper for all the care and attention they have given Daryl over the last two years. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Paws and Claws Animal Rescue or Whisker Rescue.
