More than three dozen participants raised more than $6,000 during the 12-hour skate-a-thon event. Officials hope to hear this week about the project's provincial CFEP grant application, says co-organizer Bill Lough.

More than three dozen participants raised more than $6,000 during the 12-hour skate-a-thon event. Officials hope to hear this week about the project's provincial CFEP grant application, says co-organizer Bill Lough. The Sundre Skatepark will be built on town land along the Bearberry Creek. Officials hope to get construction started this spring.
