Better late than never

Sundre Curling Club’s season officially starts

SUNDRE — After postponing late last year the start of its season, the Sundre Curling Club began earlier this month regular league play.

Following a registration evening in late December, the seniors’ league was the first to return to the ice on Tuesday, Jan. 4 when all four sheets were occupied with curlers who enthusiastically came out to play and socialize.

The first bonspiel, the open mixed four-players, takes place Jan. 27-30.
