Innisfail RCMP had requested the public's help to find Roberto Truchon of Red Deer County who had been missing since 5 p.m. on Dec. 22.

INNISFAIL - Innisfail RCMP are no longer asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Red Deer County man.

"Roberto Truchon has been located and is safe. Thank-you for your assistance in this matter," RCMP Cpl. Gina Slaney said in a media release issued this morning (Dec. 23).

Slaney said in a media release issued last night that Truchon, 48, left his residence at about 5 p.m. on Dec. 22.

She said there was concern for the man's safety.

Slaney said it is was believed Truchon was driving a black Volkswagon Golf with Alberta licence plate AE6157.


Truchon is described as having brown hair and brown eyes, weighing 169 pounds and is five feet 10 inches tall.
 
Anyone who had any information regarding Truchon’s whereabouts was asked to contact Innisfail RCMP at 403-227-3342.
