RED DEER COUNTY – Innisfail RCMP is at the scene of a serious motor vehicle collision east of Innisfail Thursday morning.
RCMP Cpl. Troy Savinkoff said in a medica release that Innisfail RCMP are currently on scene of the collision on Highway 590, west of Range Road 265.
He said a call came in at 8:14 a.m. on March 28 that there was a serious motor vehicle accident about 15 kilometres east of Innisfail.
“While our specialized investigators respond we will remain on scene for several hours,” said Savinkoff.
He said RCMP is advising that traffic will be redirected while emergency workers respond and police investigate.
Savinkoff said more details of the collision will be released later today.
