DIDSBURY - The Town of Didsbury has a new website, didsbury.ca, which launched on Jan. 29.
Nicole Aasen, manager of community services, made a presentation to council detailing the many new features available to users.
The new site includes dedicated sections for community engagement, project updates, economic development, upcoming events and more.
Mayor Rhonda Hunter said that council and administration have been awaiting the completion and launch of the new town website for some time.
“Council approved the cost in the 2019 capital budget and has had a focus on increased and improved communication for our community and other users who search for Didsbury information,” said Hunter.
“It’ll provide one-stop searching for all that is going on and is available in Didsbury.”
