CREMONA - Four candidates are vying to fill a single vacant seat on the Village of Cremona council, officials said.
A byelection is being held to replace third-term councillor Joseph Shi, who resigned in March due to personal reasons.
The official list of nominated candidates was released by returning officer Christofer Atchison on May 16.
The candidates are Leslie Abrams, Jody Shane Dick, Michael Greier and Andy Lacey.
The byelection takes place on June 12.
