Icy roads prompted an Okotoks youth to put on skates and go for a spin earlier this week.

Icy roads have been a hop topic on social media this week as many residents have been critical of conditions throughout town. Garbage and recycling collection was impacted by icy roads on Tuesday.
The forecast calls for some snow this weekend with a deep freeze to arrive next week.
