With all the negativity in our world today, I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate Staff Sgt. Jim MacDonald of the Olds RCMP detachment on his retirement from the RCMP.
From my short stint as a guard at the Olds detachment I saw nothing but respect and admiration, probably reinforced by your fearless leader, from all RCMP members of our community.
My thanks to all of you for your service to our community. Hats off to all of you and your families for letting you protect and serve this community. You are needed.
Kudos to you and your team Jim. Once again enjoy your retirement Jim.
