Before one gets too worried about vote splitting, maybe one should take a look at the demographics and numbers of our constituency in the last election. The NDP counted approximately 10 per cent of the vote.
But more to the point, if the Kenney government would have allowed a proper nomination race to proceed, none of this concern would even be an issue.
The elephant in the room is that the people of Rimbey- Rocky Mountain House-Sundre were denied their legal, democratic right to vote for their preferred candidate.
Perhaps one should put their biases aside, and be respectful of our rights as the electorate.
