OLDS — RCMP are no longer asking for the public's help to find a missing 39-year-old Red Deer man who may have been in the Olds area.

Red Deer RCMP confirmed in a press release issued this morning (Oct. 14)  that Jeremiah Stanley has been located.

Stanley had last been seen in Red Deer on Oct. 7 or Oct. 8.

RCMP thought he may have been in the Olds area because his vehicle was found on Oct. 12 in a rural area outside of Olds.

“Local search and rescue teams are on scene, but have not located him at this time,” stated a news release issued by Red Deer RCMP on the afternoon of Oct. 13.

Stanley is described as being five-foot, nine-inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Anyone who had been in contact with Stanley or had information on his whereabouts, was asked to contact Red Deer RCMP at 403-343-5575.
