RCMP ask for public's help regarding mischief at Olds church

OLDS — RCMP are asking for the public's help to find a suspect believed connected to mischief at the First Baptist Church in Olds. 

On Jan. 23 just after 10 p.m., Olds RCMP responded to a report of mischief at the church, located on 50th Street at 53rd Avenue. 

“The investigation indicates two windows were broken by an unknown culprit,” said RCMP in a news release issued today (Jan. 24). 

The release adds that security footage shows a suspect leaving the scene at approximately 9 p.m. on Jan. 23. 

That suspect was wearing a blue sweater, blue jeans, a white brimmed hat, black shoes and a black backpack. 

Anyone with information regarding this crime or who can identify those responsible, is asked to call Olds RCMP at 403-556-3324 or their local police.
