NEW YORK — Edmonton Oilers goaltender Stuart Skinner has been named the NHL's rookie of the month for March. The 24-year-old led the league with 10 wins in 12 games (10-1-1), while posting a .908 save percentage and a 2.83 goals against average.

CALGARY — The Calgary Stampeders have signed defensive lineman Mike Moore, the team announced Saturday. The length of the contract was not specified. Moore, 29, had 31 tackles, six sacks and a forced fumble for the Montreal Alouettes last season.
