A 45-year-old man who damaged another man's computer during a scuffle at a Torrington apartment in August has been ordered to pay restitution.The accused pleaded guilty in Didsbury provincial court on Wednesday to a charge of mischief.

He was scheduled to be tried on a charge of assault, but pleaded guilty to the lesser charge as part of a plea bargain, with the assault charge being withdrawn.The accused and a male neighbour got into a physical scuffle on August 23, 2010 following a heated argument, court heard.During the confrontation, the accused kicked over a table with the computer on it, causing $534 damage to the machine.The judge placed Michael Ennes, 45, on probation for 12 months and ordered him to pay restitution.
