Students do well at regional science fair

The Central Alberta Science Fair was held at Bower Place Mall March 30-31. Many local students participated after placing at their schools' science fairs. Several did well, bringing home an array of medals or special awards for their projects.

Shank call The Innisfail RCMP were called to Bowden Institution after an inmate created a shank. The police were called on March 26. The inmate has been charged with possession of a weapon for a purpose dangerous to the public.
