Innisfail's first taste of winter

INNISFAIL - Local residents across Central Alberta woke to a blanket of snow Monday morning. Parts of the province received their first taste of winter after the recent snowfall over the weekend.

INNISFAIL - Local residents across Central Alberta woke to a blanket of snow Monday morning.

Parts of the province received their first taste of winter after the recent snowfall over the weekend. Central Alberta was not as hard hit, but parts of southern Alberta received record breaking accumulations.

The snow is not expected to stay however, with sunshine and warmer temperatures in the forecast.
