Edith Violetta Adams was born Feb 9, 1911 and spent her youth in the Raven area.

In 1932 she married Alfred (Baldy) Hudson. They farmed in the Garrington district until moving to Bowden in 1965.

After Alfred passed away in 1982 Hudson moved to Penhold.

Throughout her life Hudson has been actively involved in many organizations including Rebekah’s and Lioness.

Hudson was instrumental in fundraising for both Bowden and Penhold drop-in centres. Her main interests/activities included bowling, bingo & crafts.

Hudson currently lives in Red Deer’s Piper Creek Lodge where it is said she continues to be a social butterfly.
