Christian Kevin Kelly returns to court in October for sentencing.

A Vancouver man Sept. 26 pleaded guilty to sexually touching an underage male in Calgary between January 2004 and April 2006.

Christian Kevin Kelly was charged with four counts involving the same person.

Vancouver provincial court Judge Bonnie Craig accepted the plea, asking Kelly, 38, if he was making it voluntarily.

The other three charges, flowing from a Calgary Police Service (CPS) file, were inviting the youth to allegedly touch him in a sexual manner, sexual touching between April 2006 and April 2009 and sexual assault between January 2004 and April 2009.

The CPS court information was sworn in January 2022.
