SUNDRE — Police are asking the public for help identifying a couple of suspects who were captured on video last week breaking and entering into a garden shed.

On Wednesday, Oct. 20 at around 5 p.m. a male and a female broke into and proceeded to steal some items from the shed, which is located on a property in the area of 2nd Street SW, local Mounties reported in a statement issued on Oct. 25.

“A laundry basket along with a cooler, both filled with items from in the shed, were taken,” reads a portion of the statement.

“Video surveillance at the scene shows both suspects. The Sundre RCMP is looking to identify the suspects in the video.”

Anyone who might have information about this matter and can identify either one or both of the suspects is encouraged to call the local department at 403-638-3675 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Information can also be submitted outside of business hours by calling 403-638-3655. Alternatively, callers may submit a tip anonymously by contacting Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or by going online to crimestoppers.ab.ca.
