A crew from GrindStone Paving & Excavating, a subcontractor of UG Excavating, which the municipality awarded the Main Avenue West upgrade project to, was busy on Wednesday, Sept. 25 laying fresh asphalt on the road’s surface ahead of a snowfall that was forecast for the weekend.
