Open question to mayor Mike Myzychka and council:
If council is going to engage in consulting taxpayers on revising a bylaw to cover rats, chickens and ostriches on wether they can be raised in our community, then why did council not think it equally important to engage with taxpayers on a $10 million debit to finance the new operation centre...why?
