How much has been spent to date on legal and accounting fees by the Town of Olds in order to pursue this foreclosure on Olds Institute (OI) operations?
Is the receiver authorized to sell O-NET and Olds Connected Community Network (OCCN) assets and other OI assets like Mountain View Power prior to the proposed establishment of the municipally-controlled corporation (MCC)?
Will council commit to deferring any decision regarding the sale of OI/OCCN by the receiver or the proposed MCC until after the election and a new council has an opportunity to review the options?
