I would like to suggest to the government that the $3,000,000 lottery be made fair for all Albertans, especially the brave ones who were the first to be vaccinated, by entering everyone's name who has received both vaccinations by August 31.
The prizes could be $50,000 each so 60 people instead of three people could win.
