We connected to O-NET last week and it is working great.
Firstly, the television is better than we had – better picture, more HD and great features such as “catch-up” to view programs that we missed in previous days.
Secondly, the Internet speed is excellent – i.e., a YouTube song will play all the way through without stops and interruptions. There are many more examples of speed improvement.
Thirdly, we get all this service for less money than we were paying before.
And finally, the O-NET folks are very helpful (so nice to experience personal help versus support service via telephone from someone in a foreign land).
Keep up the great work O-NET!
