Bail decision coming July 18

LETHBRIDGE, Alta — Following a two-day hearing a judge has reserved her decision on bail for the last of four men charged with conspiracy to commit murder in relation to a blockade at the Coutts border in February. 

Jerry Mitchell Morin, 40 of Olds, also faces charges of possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose and mischief over $5,000.

Three other men, Chris Carbert, 44, Chris Lysak, 48, and Anthony Olienick, 39, are facing the same charges have been denied bail. 

A decision on Morin's bail will be handed down July 18 at 9 a.m. in Lethbridge Court.
