MOUNTAIN VIEW COUNTY — Olds RCMP are asking for help to find a lost service dog.

Today, July 22, at 9:10 a.m., Olds RCMP were notified that a personal service dog had gone missing from a rural property southwest of Olds.

The property is located near Twp. Rd. 324 and Rge. Rd. 31 in Mountain View County.

Blue, a red border collie PTSD, stress and anxiety service dog, was last seen on Wednesday, July 20 at 6 p.m. on the farm where her family boards their horses.

It is uncharacteristic for Blue to run away, police say.

Anyone with information regarding Blue’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Olds RCMP Detachment at 403-556-3324.

Tipsters wanting to remain anonymous can contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), online at www.P3Tips.com or by using the P3 Tips app available through the Apple App or Google Play Store.
