Olds Grizzlys are ready to declaw Eagles

The Olds Grizzlys have a 2-2 record heading into tonight's matchup against the Canmore Eagles (7:30 p.m. at the Sportsplex).

The Grizzlys' latest win occurred Saturday, Sept. 21 when they edged the Drumheller Dragons 5-4 in overtime at the Sportsplex.

Unfortunately, they were beaten 7-4 by the Camrose Kodiaks the next day, again at the Sportsplex.

The Grizzlys' regular season started Friday, Sept. 13 when they were hammered 5-1 by the KodiaksĀ  in Camrose.

However, they shook that off to edge the Calgary Canucks 5-4 in a shootout Sept. 14 in the Stampede city.

As of Monday, the Eagles had one win and two losses in three regular season games.
