CALGARY — Canadian international forward Marcus Haber is leaving Cavalry FC after one season.
The 31-year-old Vancouver native signed with the Canadian Premier League team on July 31 ahead of the Island Games. The six-foot-four Haber had two goals in nine appearances.
Haber, who has won 27 caps for Canada, was with Pacific FC in the CPL's inaugural 2019 campaign.
He previously played for the Vancouver Whitecaps, while the team was in the USL First Division, as well as England's West Bromwich Albion, Stevenage and Crewe Alexandra and Scotland's St. Johnstone and Dundee.

Calgary's Cavalry is also parting ways with Canadian goalkeeper Niko Giantsopoulos, Peruvian forward Jair Cordova, and English forward Jordan Brown and defender Nathan Mavila.
Brown signed with Germany's VfR Aalen earlier this year.
